Pickup from Madurai Airport / Railway Station. Transfer to hotel and check-in (1 Night stay in Madurai). Start sightseeing with Meenakshi Amman Temple, one of India’s most magnificent Dravidian temples with 14 intricately carved gopurams, towering vimana, thousand-pillar hall, and mesmerizing evening aarti. Continue to Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace, 17th-century Indo-Saracenic palace showcasing royal halls, grand corridors, and optional light & sound show depicting Nayak dynasty history. Visit Gandhi Memorial Museum to explore artifacts, letters, and exhibits narrating India’s freedom struggle. Stop at Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam, a huge temple tank famous for its float festival and illuminated at night. Proceed to Koodal Azhagar Temple, an ancient Vishnu temple, and ISKCON Madurai Temple for a peaceful Krishna darshan. Day 2 – Madurai drive for Rameshwaram (170 km / 3.5–4 hrs)

After breakfast, drive towards Rameshwaram via the scenic Pamban Bridge, offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Check-in at hotel in Rameshwaram (1 Night stay). Begin with Ramanathaswamy Temple, a famous Jyotirlinga temple with longest corridors in India, 22 sacred theerthams for holy baths, and exquisite stone carvings. Visit Agni Theertham, the seashore adjacent to the temple for rituals, and the Five-faced Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple where the floating stone from Ram Setu is displayed. Ascend Ramar Patham / Gandhamadhana Parvatham hillock to view Lord Rama’s footprints and enjoy panoramic views of Rameshwaram town and surrounding seas. Visit Dhanushkodi Beach & Ghost Town, the eastern tip of Pamban Island, showcasing ruins of the town submerged in 1964 cyclone and perfect sunrise views. Explore Ram Setu (Adam’s Bridge) viewpoint to witness the mythical bridge connecting India to Lanka. Visit APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial, honoring India’s Missile Man, and explore APJ Abdul Kalam House Museum, his ancestral home displaying personal artifacts and life journey. Stop at Villoondi Theertham, a sacred well inside the sea where Lord Rama shot an arrow to create fresh water.
